Wait a minute, what is Vinsol?


Well, we're not a start-up, as we’ve been in business for nearly 10 years, but we're not a traditional, mega-factory either. Do we have an experienced team lead, project manager, account manager, designer, ux - who actually understand mobile development? Hell yeah, we have 35 nerds building apps on ruby on rails, iOS and Android for early stage startups to some of the biggest consumer brands like Disney and OpenTable etc.

Should-haves:


  • Be good at and really "enjoy" building iPhone and iPad apps(Hint: potential Interview question here).
  • Write Objective C code that makes people want to print it out on their T-shirt or frame it on Delhi Metro Billboards. In other words, great code that you're proud of.
  • Work well with QA team, project managers and designers.
  • Ability to quickly pick up new technologies. Should have a long list of blogs in your feed reader.
  • Strong understanding of modern client-side engineering techniques.
  • Work hard - play hard kind of person.
  • Some experience working with Web Services (e.g. REST, SOAP) and memory management in a highly scalable, highly available environment.
  • HTML 5 and mobile web experience a big plus.
