Together, these sites offer a unique sounding-board for foresighted ideas of all shapes, sizes and media. This site is also built on Ruby on Rails. It uses Solr for full text search. This platform has a feature called domain blogs, which allows selected and customized version of the main site to be accessed via different urls, that involves a lot of custom ruby and routing. Implementing caching per domain blog but still being accessible by the main site was also a challenge.
